Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person's name, 33ww reserves the right to close the additional accounts, and any bonuses held in those accounts may be forfeited.

Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 33ww is ৳200 (per method). Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other methods are currently supported.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions are completed directly from your mobile banking account at the time of deposit.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

Account verification may be required before submitting a withdrawal request. 33ww may request additional information to verify suspicious transactions.

3.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka. Any matters relating to taxes or fees are entirely the user's own responsibility. 33ww does not provide tax advice.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

33ww offers new players a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus). The current wagering requirement is 15x. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

Bets placed with bonus funds on certain games may not count toward wagering calculations. Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to the cash account. 33ww reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven. 33ww reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly incorrect odds or display errors.

5.2 Sports Betting Guidelines

33ww's specific market rules apply to all sports betting, including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If a match is postponed or cancelled, action will be taken in accordance with the relevant market rules. Please refer to the rules of the relevant section for specific market rules.

5.3 Casino & Slots

Each casino game and slot has its own rules, which are displayed within the game. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, 33ww will endeavour to restore the state to the last successful transaction.

VIP Program & Rewards

33ww's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, up to 1.2% at Platinum, and up to 1.5% at Diamond.

Advancement to higher tiers depends on playing activity and is determined at 33ww's discretion. 33ww's decisions regarding VIP rewards are considered final. VIP benefits may change at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in immediate account closure:

• Registering an account with fraudulent information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Placing structured bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets automatically using a computer or software.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors for an advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other players.
